Understanding intervertebral disc herniation.

 

Spinal disc herniation is caused by the degeneration of the spinal structures due to prolonged use. The main causes are prolonged incorrect posture, such as frequent bending and straightening, improper heavy lifting, or accidents that directly impact the spine.
