You can relieve back pain yourself using the following methods:

1. How to relieve back pain: The first thing office workers should do is adjust their workspace. Adjust the computer monitor to eye level so you don't have to bend or tilt your head while working, and adjust the chair so your feet can rest comfortably on the floor. If the desk is too high, use a small stool or box as a footrest.

2. Choose a swivel chair. When you turn to answer the phone or talk to a colleague, you can rotate your entire body without having to twist or turn.

3. Get regular eye checkups. Changes in your eyesight may cause you to unconsciously bend over to look at a screen, which can lead to neck and back pain.

4. Lifting excessively heavy objects can cause back pain. To alleviate back pain while shopping, try to distribute the weight evenly between both hands and avoid bending over when carrying purchases. When lifting objects, especially heavy ones, keep your back straight. Avoid bending over, as this can strain the back muscles, leading to inflammation and back pain. Instead, squat down and lower your knees to lift the object before standing upright.

5. Choose your shopping cart wisely. When shopping in the supermarket, choose a small shopping cart and test that the wheels roll smoothly without sticking. This will save you from having to bend over and exert excessive force when pushing it.

6. How to relieve back pain: For women who love wearing high heels but don't want back pain, the solution is to take them off sometimes. When wearing high heels, your back is arched forward to maintain balance and prevent you from falling. It's no wonder that standing or walking in high heels for long periods can cause back pain, and the higher the heel, the more pain you'll experience. Therefore, you should aim for lower heels, around 1.5 or 2 inches.
