S Spine Hospital will be destroying the medical records of outpatients and inpatients who last received services in 2019 and have not been in contact with the hospital for more than 5 years. The destruction will begin on March 1, 2025.

If you wish to access your personal record, please contact the Registration Department with your national ID card by February 28, 2025.

After the specified period has elapsed, the hospital will consider that you have consented to the destruction of your medical records in accordance with the relevant regulations.
