The largest trade fair showcasing Thai products and services in the Middle East was held from December 13-16, 2023, at The Arena Riyadh in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over 30 Thai government agencies, private sector companies, and industry groups participated, led by the Thai Chamber of Commerce. The goal was to increase trade and investment opportunities between Thailand and Saudi Arabia. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Panpree Pahithanukorn, presided over the opening ceremony.

This was the first time S Spine & Nerve Hospital participated in an exhibition as part of an effort to open up trade and investment opportunities between Thailand and Saudi Arabia. The first and only specialized spine hospital in Thailand showcased its technology and innovative healthcare services, such as virtual reality telemedicine (VR Telemedicine), allowing interested individuals at the event to consult with doctors in Thailand as if they were in the same clinic. This addresses the needs of the Middle Eastern clientele. Furthermore, the hospital was honored to have Mr. Damp Boontham, the Thai Ambassador to Riyadh, visit its booth and inquire about the hospital's unique MIS (Manual Information System) technology for spinal treatment. Dr. Natthapol Littiranont, a spine specialist at S Spine & Nerve Hospital, welcomed the Ambassador.

During the event, Saudi Arabian citizens showed great interest, inquiring about symptoms and receiving advice and consultations from the team of doctors and specialists in spine care. They also showcased the latest technologies used by the hospital. Based on positive feedback from over 10,000 patients, those seeking consultation gained confidence and continuously brought in their X-ray and MRI results for further consultations throughout the four-day event.

S Spine Hospital's participation in Thailand Mega Fair 2023 is a significant opportunity to expand its customer base in the Middle East, a high-potential market with a large number of high-quality medical tourists, particularly from Saudi Arabia. This will encourage more people to seek spinal treatment in Thailand, potentially attracting significant investment and establishing Thailand as a medical hub in the near future.
