"Pain like being choked" – a new hope without pain.

What initially seemed like a minor chronic neck pain has haunted Ladda for almost two years. From someone strong who never cried from pain, she has now had to admit that it's "unbearable."

From misunderstanding to a cycle of pain.

Ms. Ladda had previously suffered from a spinal problem and recovered after treatment. However, a new problem arose this time, starting with neck and shoulder pain that radiated down her arms. She initially thought it might be a minor issue from "sleeping in an awkward position," so she tried changing her pillow several times, hoping to alleviate the symptoms, but to no avail. "Whenever we went to OTOP fairs or department stores, my son would always buy me pillows, three or four at a time, but it never helped," she recounted with a smile that hid her despair at the time.

Pain that gnaws at daily life.

The pain worsened, especially after long car rides or falling asleep in awkward positions. She couldn't turn her neck as she used to. "It's like my neck is locked," she said, her voice reflecting the pain. The suffering wasn't just gnawing at her body but also affecting her mind. "It's not just painful, it makes me feel like I can't live anymore."

When the symptoms began to spread down her arm, causing her arm to feel weak, Ms. Ladda tried to treat herself by choosing massage to relieve the tension, thinking it was just "muscle stiffness." But the results were not as expected. "After the first massage, the symptoms didn't improve at all," she began to suspect that her condition might not be normal.

When the problem could no longer be allowed to drag on, Ms. Ladda decided to consult the specialist who had previously treated her and cured her. "At that time, I was confident that I would receive the most appropriate answers and treatment from here."

Targeted treatment can change lives in a single night.

The doctors performed an MRI and discovered an abnormal bone growth in Ms. Ladda's cervical spine that was compressing a nerve, causing radiating pain and numbness in her arm. They recommended endoscopic surgery, and she decided to undergo the procedure immediately, trusting in the medical team.
