Mr. Surayuth's treatment experience: He was admitted for treatment of a lumbar disc herniation in 2020 and returned for treatment of a cervical disc herniation in 2022. Initially, Mr. Surayuth experienced radiating back pain down both legs, a feeling of a heavy weight pressing down on his back, and numbness in his legs.
