Experience of bone cement injection treatment, by Mr. Udom.

Mr. Udom recounted his initial experience, which included pain radiating from his left hip down to his left foot. This pain had been present for some time but wasn't severe, and he was still able to drive himself, as he enjoys driving. During this time, he consulted several hospitals, but was prescribed medication that didn't alleviate the pain. He suspected that prolonged use of the medication could be harmful. Over time, the hip pain worsened, becoming most severe when walking or standing. He had to use a cane for support at all times. This led him to decide to seek treatment at S Spine Hospital.

👩⚕️ When you came to the hospital for a check-up, what did the doctor say was causing your pain?

Mr. Udom: The doctor ordered X-rays and an MRI to determine the cause of the pain. The results showed a fracture in my lumbar spine near my hip, making it prone to breakage. The doctor chose bone cement injection for treatment to repair the fracture and collapse, relieving the pain. After the doctor explained everything, I decided to seek treatment at S Spine Hospital because I was confident they could cure my hip pain radiating down my foot.

👴 How do you feel after the treatment?

Mr. Udom: The first feeling when I woke up…the pain was gone. I felt great. The pain I had was gone, and I was back to normal.

I want to tell everyone that this is a new alternative, avoiding major surgery, especially for the elderly. Major surgery is dangerous and painful, but with this treatment, there's no suffering. The treatment takes only one hour, and the pain and suffering are gone.

Thank you, Mr. Udom Toraktragul, for sharing your treatment experience at S Hospital, a specialized spine hospital. We hope it will be useful to all our readers.
