Addicted to video games… causing neck pain. Five years of suffering I want to escape from.

Yongyuth is a middle-aged man whose life is no different from that of any other working person. Every day he sits in front of a computer for long periods, repeating the same tasks. But what sets him apart is that he spends all his free time on his mobile phone and playing games, a routine inseparable from his life.

"I played games regularly, for many hours a day, for the past 3-4 years straight." What seemed like a normal activity… turned out to be the beginning of a nightmare that lasted 5 years.

From minor aches and pains… to life-threatening suffering.

I had a slight stiffness in my neck, like I'd slept in an awkward position, but instead of getting better over time, it gradually spread to my shoulders and arms. I could barely turn my head left or right, and bending or straightening my head caused sharp pain.

"At first, it was just a sore and stiff neck. I thought it was just from sleeping in an awkward position and it would go away... But weeks passed, then a month, and the pain didn't get any better. In fact, it got worse every day." The pain, which was initially just in the neck, started to radiate down to the shoulders and then to the arms. "My arms started to feel weak. Even lifting light objects felt heavy. My arms felt numb, like they were suffocating."

Physical pain begins to gnaw at the mind.

Every morning he wakes up, he lives with an unceasing pain. He works in agony, unable to sit for long periods, and even raising his arms is difficult. The time he should be spending with his family is filled with pain that slowly erodes his happiness.

He tried everything: medication, physical therapy, acupuncture, Thai massage. He tried every method, but the results were only temporary relief. The pain never went away, and worse, it kept getting worse.

Find a way out… escape from the pain.

A turning point in his life occurred when he heard about S Spine Hospital from a friend who had been treated there and recovered. Initially, he admits to being hesitant, wondering, "Are these reviews real?" But after hearing from his close friend who had suffered severely and was truly cured, he felt hopeful again and decided to consult a doctor there.

That day, he saw a doctor, had an MRI, and after reviewing the results, the doctor said, "Your intervertebral disc is pressing on a nerve." It was the first time in five years that he received the root cause of all his symptoms.

Decided to seek treatment… for a better life.

He decided to undergo endoscopic surgery that very day. “I still remember the feeling after the surgery well. I woke up and asked the doctor, ‘Is it over already?’” Because it happened so quickly. And the most amazing thing was that the pain in my neck and arms…it was gone.

After enduring suffering for five years, he is now able to live a normal life again.

There is no more bothersome pain, no more numbness that used to make me feel like my body wasn't mine.

"It's better than any time I've ever lived. All the pain is gone. I don't have to suffer like before... Just thinking about it makes me so happy."
