Supattra's experience in treating back pain radiating down the leg.

"It makes me feel like I recovered so quickly. Before, I used to walk and then rest, which made daily life quite difficult. But now, after just one day of surgery, I'm back to normal."
Living in a big city like Bangkok, with its fast-paced city life and congested traffic, often leads many people to unknowingly face health problems. Supattra, a delivery business owner who relies heavily on driving in her daily life, is one of those who has struggled with radiating back pain down her legs for over 5 years.
Before becoming a business owner, Ms. Suphatra worked as a salesperson, driving to meet clients both in Bangkok and other provinces. This job required her to spend a lot of time on the road, especially in Bangkok, where traffic congestion meant each trip took 4-5 hours a day. Sitting in a car for such long periods clearly impacted her health. Combined with the high stress levels of the job, this unintentionally strained her body.
During her time working as a salesperson, she began experiencing minor back pain from prolonged sitting, but she didn't pay much attention to it, believing these small pains were simply a result of hard work. That was until she decided to quit her sales job and start her own business. Driving remained a part of her daily life, and although she now had more flexible working hours, the back pain she once thought was minor began to worsen.
Ms. Suphatra is a fitness enthusiast who believes in the power of self-healing. She exercises regularly, especially high-impact workouts. However, the strenuous exercise and demanding workload at that time caused her to experience increasingly severe back pain. Although she tried to modify her exercise routine to include low-impact exercises and increase stretching to alleviate the symptoms, she was unable to stop the radiating back pain from her legs.
Over the past five years, Ms. Suphatra has been making every effort to take care of her health. She has tried reducing the intensity of her exercise, modifying her lifestyle, and experimenting with various treatments including medication and physical therapy. However, the radiating back pain down her legs persists, and at times it is so severe that she has to stop walking periodically. Over time, these symptoms have begun to affect her mental health and self-confidence, prompting her to seek more serious and effective solutions.
